About Zero-UI

How Zero-UI was made.

Zero-UI is a website builder with no editor. Instead of dragging boxes around a screen, you describe what you want, the way you would brief a designer, and an AI assistant builds it. Zero-UI is the workshop that assistant works in: it keeps every version, checks the result the way a person would, and puts it online at a real web address.

01

You describe it

A sentence, a brief or an outline. No templates to wrestle and no buttons to learn.

02

An AI assistant builds it

It writes the page through Zero-UI's MCP connection, the open standard that lets AI assistants use real tools.

03

Zero-UI checks it

Every change is saved as a version, then opened in a sealed-off browser on desktop and phone sizes. Problems go back to be fixed.

04

It goes live

The site is published to Cloudflare's global network at its own address, and Zero-UI confirms it is really there.

Why no interface?

More and more work is done by asking an AI assistant rather than clicking through menus. Zero-UI is built for that: instead of a toolbar, it gives the assistant a safe, structured place to work, with guardrails, versions and checks. People stay in charge. You describe the result, review it and decide when it ships.

What this page shows

Real builds

Type your own idea in the build bay and a new site is built and published in about a minute. The recorded examples are real runs, replayed with their measured times and costs.

Learn Mode

Switch the terminal to Learn and describe a course, workshop or guide. The AI writes the learning content, and a tested template turns it into the page.

Original art

The hero image was generated for this page by Zero-UI's own image tool. It is not stock.

Good to know. Built sites are public. Your prompt is sent to the AI provider and kept in our build logs, so leave out personal or confidential details. Visits are counted anonymously, without cookies, and no network addresses are stored. Requests for phishing, impersonation of real brands or people, or other harmful content are declined.

FAQ

Why not just ask ChatGPT or Copilot?

You can, and they are good at it: a chat assistant can write the code for a page. Zero-UI is not a competing chatbot. It is the place an assistant builds in, so what it writes is saved, checked and published properly.

  1. Usually code in a conversation. Turning that into a working website is still your job: saving the files, testing them on desktop and phone, finding hosting, putting it on a web address, and keeping track of what changed when you ask for edits. Zero-UI does those steps as part of the build.

  2. No. Zero-UI has no design model of its own. The design and code come from the assistant you connect. Zero-UI supplies the tools, the checks and the publishing.

  3. If it supports MCP, the open standard for letting AI assistants use tools, yes. Tested setups exist for OpenAI Codex, Cursor, Claude Code and Devin, and other MCP clients connect the same way.

    • Every change is saved as a numbered revision, and an edit is accepted only if it was made against the latest version, so two edits never silently overwrite each other.
    • Before anything is published, each revision is opened in a sealed-off browser at desktop and phone sizes, and the checks you ask for (click this, expect that) are run.
    • Release checks reject pages that pull in outside scripts or call services the owner has not approved.
    • After publishing, Zero-UI confirms the live files match what was approved. Earlier revisions can be restored and deployments rolled back.
  4. Generated code never runs on your computer or on the server itself; it runs only inside isolated workers and a network-isolated browser. Hosting credentials stay on the server and are never handed to the assistant. Publishing follows a policy the owner sets, which can require approval before anything goes live.

  5. No. A Zero-UI site is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You can export it as a portable ZIP and host it anywhere.

For L&D and academia

Go beyond course generation with NXGen Learning Studio.

Learn Mode is a fast way to see a course appear from one sentence. If you design learning for a living, NXGen Learning Studio is where you author the real thing, starting from goals, objectives and outcomes rather than from a pile of pages.

  • Plan before you build. A blueprint sets the audience, goal, objectives and page sequence first, and you approve it before any pages are created.
  • Keep objectives connected. Alignment shows how each objective links to the pages and questions that teach and assess it.
  • Author with judgment. AI suggestions stay drafts until you choose to use them; you shape every page with blocks.
  • Review and preview. Reviewers comment on specific elements, and you preview the course as a learner, with practice and scored assessments.
